Client Account Management (“CAM”) is a cross divisional function with the main responsibility to manage the credit and regulatory process for the LC&FI clients within various segments. As a Regulatory Specialist you will be our expert within all affected regulations (AML, EMIR, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, Dodd Frank, QI) and be part of building a centre of excellence team within CAM. Your main responsibilities will be to on-board financial institutions clients (i.e. hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, etc.), which entails gathering, analysing and documenting relevant AML and regulatory information/documentation on our clients. Client interaction is an important part of the role as you will be the regulatory expert to both clients and the client teams. You will, in cooperation with your team, contribute to continuous improvement for efficient work methods in relation to your work tasks. The pace is high in our team with a constant inflow of new clients and you will be working closely with the client teams and other stakeholders in order to ensure an efficient working process and that all regulatory requirements are met.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position we are expecting you to have an academic degree from a university or business school and have experience working in financial services within the AML/KYC field. You have a good understanding of AML/KYC due diligence, regulatory requirements and on-boarding processes as well as an ability to analyse and make risk-based decisions on complex cases. You are fluent in English, both written and oral. As a person you are passionate about providing high class service internally and externally, a true team player, able to work independently, have a strong capability of prioritising your work in a structured manner and have the ability to pay attention to details in a fast changing dynamic environment. You have excellent communication skills and always strive for improvement and broadening your own and your colleagues’ competences.
