We are now looking for a senior fraud prevention specialist to strengthen the Financial Crime Team.
About the job
SEB’s security effort is aimed at protecting our personnel, our customers and our assets against security related threats. The mission includes identification of security risks and to report those to the relevant business area and to suggest mitigating actions. Our responsibility includes minimizing the risk of fraud, threats, robberies and other criminal activities. The rapid digitalization has created amazing opportunities for simplification, automation and improvement. This requires that security is delivered in lockstep and as an integrated part of business development.
SEB has a central security organization and work with both tactical fraud response and strategic fraud prevention. As a fraud prevention officer you mainly work with developing effective fraud countermeasures and educate both SEB’s personnel and customers in security related matters. You will also act as an expert in various fora where your role will be to identify security risks in order to support the business in decision making.
Who are you?
You have an analytic mind and a documented history of driving consequential issues in a structured way. You have the ability and a drive to take on challenges of both an operational and strategic nature. You have a deep understanding of and have worked at least 5-10 years with security related issues preferably in the fraud realm.
You have a broad understanding of banking and different banking products and processes and are motivated by communicating both within the team and to the business what is most important from a fraud prevention perspective. You are used to and enjoy presenting to various audiences in both English and Swedish. You will in the course of your work handle sensitive and confidential information, why high personal integrity is imperative. Last but not least, you enjoy working with people and derive your energy from dynamic team work.
