Head of Strategy & Offering, Personal Banking to SEB in Stockholm

Do you want to help us grow and transform the Personal banking segment to remain competitive and well equipped for the future? Great! We are now looking for a new Head of Strategy & Offering for Personal Banking. The Personal Banking segment serves more than a million customers in Sweden with a total revenue of more than 7bn SEK.

About the job
As Head of Strategy & Offering you are part of the Personal Banking segment and you will be responsible for the segment’s offering management and strategy. As a key member of the segment organization you are also the Deputy Head of Personal Banking. Together with your colleagues you will define and execute strategic initiatives to develop a long-term competitive positioning.

Your overall goal is to grow the business, improve customer satisfaction and customer service. Your core responsibilities are customer segmentation, value propositions, business models, partnerships and distribution strategy. In your role you will lead a team of five specialists with competence in business development and retail banking. You will work with internal stakeholders in projects related to key strategy initiatives and a close collaboration with Product areas, Customer insights, Digital Banking, Distribution and other central parts of SEB is key to ensure development of our offering and successful implementation.

Who are you?
You are an energetic team player who will inspire those around you. with a lot of energy that can inspire others to achieve more together, in every part of the value chain. You are an experienced project leader with an extensive strategy experience, structured and methodical. A minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience from management consulting is an advantage not a prerequisite.

We believe that you have exceptional drive and a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop. You love tackling hard problems and you can communicate complex ideas effectively. Nevertheless, you have an ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

In order to succeed we believe you need a relevant university degree, 10+ years of experience in business development, strong result orientation and team skills.
