SEB Kort Bank AB (SEB Kort) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ). SEB Kort was formed 1991 and the headquarter is located (together with the rest of SEB) in the new business area at Mall of Scandinavia, Solna.
SEB Kort is a full-range supplier of cards and card related solutions to businesses and individuals. SEB Kort operates under own brands such as Eurocard and also under partners brands, so-called co-brands. In addition SEB Kort also manages SEB corporate cards in Sweden.
SEB Kort will increase focus on Eurocard’s highly strategic and important small business segment. Therefore I am looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. My name is Eeva Virtanen and I am Head of Partner Sales within SEB Kort. Are you the new member to my Nordic team?
About the job
As a Key Account Manager, your main assignment will be the commercial responsibility of the Eurocard’s small business area in the Nordics. Together with main internal stakeholders, you are responsible of planning cross sell and upsell activities to the small businesses and ensuring the profitability of the segment. Since this is a new established role with SEB Kort, you also have responsibility to contribute to the way of working towards this segment in order to maximize the business opportunities.
Your additional responsibility will be to develop our external partner’s strategic and commercial relationships. Work towards our external partners is defined based on their importance in our end customer value proposition and their strategic importance for SEB Kort’s corporate business. These partners include for example travel expense solution providers and accounting companies.
In your daily work you will closely work with internal stakeholders like segment business managers, marketing, digital channels, product teams and SEB as well as external partners.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you have an academic degree at minimum bachelor level in Business Administration or equivalent in addition fluent language skills in Swedish and English. In this position you need to be results orientated, proactive and hold open mindset. As a new member to our team you should have high work capacity and strong drive.
Knowledge of the small business customer segment in the Nordics is a strong asset. You should also have high interest in understanding the digitalization in the market and effects on our business and way of working, particularly in the small business segment. As part of Nordic Partner Sales team, you need to be able to work independently and proactively. You need to be comfortable in managing and building relationships internally but also with external partners towards current and future partners.
