About the job
The Credit Analysis department, which is part of SEB’s division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions, provides SEB’s global business and credit decision processes with in-depth analyses of counterparties, industries and transactions.
You will be part of a team of 4-5 analysts covering a wide range of clients in primarily the real estate- and construction sectors in Sweden and the other Nordic countries. Your focus will be real estate and construction but from time to time there will be opportunities to work with analysis of companies in other sectors as well. As an analyst you prepare and present the analysis and recommendation to SEB’s various decision-making authorities. In doing the credit assessment, you work closely with the client teams of our stakeholders. Communication and collaboration with the client, Client Executive and Credits is a very important part of the business and credit process.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree, preferably within accounting & finance. We expect you to have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis. Financial experience from the real estate and/or construction sector is an advantage but not a must. You have strong accounting, analytical and modelling skills, and excel in presentation and communication. Strong proficiency in English and Swedish is a must. You furthermore thrive in a challenging environment, with complex tasks and pressure to meet tight deadlines.
