Investment Banking – Corporate Finance full-time position

SEB Corporate Finance has been the leading advisor within Nordic mergers, acquisitions and equity capital market transactions during the last 25 years. As a relationship bank we work closely with our clients, which include publicly listed companies, PE firms as well as other privately owned companies, with focus on building long-term relationships.

What we offer
Corporate Finance, as part of the Investment Banking division of SEB, is a market leader in advisory services for Nordic related mergers and acquisitions as well as equity capital market transactions. SEB Corporate Finance in Stockholm offers full-time positions to university graduates as an active and important role in our team.  Work tasks vary greatly and include valuation analysis, market research and preparation of presentation material. You will have the opportunity to work across several different industries and with different types of transactions. We offer you a steep learning curve in an international and supporting work environment.

Your profile
We are looking for driven and talented individuals who are ambitious, dedicated and willing to learn, to join our team. The Junior Analyst position requires a Bachelor’s degree, whilst the Analyst position requires a Master’s degree. In addition to a strong academic track record, you should possess a sharp analytical mind-set, a team-player attitude and excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Swedish as well. In addition to the abovementioned personal characteristics, you should also have an interest in business and finance, and ideally have completed a relevant internship prior to submitting your application.
