Commercial Manager in IT Solution Delivery at SEB Shared Service Center Vilnius

HR IT Solutions are steered from Employee Experience Compartment and currently delivered from Supporting Systems in ISD. You will be working in an expanding and changing area with many dedicated and engaged colleagues, close to the business, the compartment fora’s and the vendors delivering solutions to us.

About the position

You will have responsibility for HR contracts with support from dedicated Vendor management structure within Procurement area. You will be working with agreements on short and long term level, existing and new ones, follow up the delivery on tactical and strategical level together with ISM and other important stakeholders, work proactively with stakeholders and vendors identifying new opportunities and changes in current solution in order to gain more value to the business and lower the license and support cost in the system area.

Together with the ISM and delivery organizations you will secure realization of the roadmap and the assignment portfolio, be part and understand roadmaps and strategies in the system area in order to put correct demands to our vendors.

You will participate in, for the area identified and for the role suitable, forums for co-operation and decisions, including vendor management structure at SEB.

The role as Commercial Manager offers an opportunity to expand your network in all parts of SEB and outside in the competitive market and increase your competence in all aspects of the Compartment/object regarding both IT and business knowledge.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have good communication and economic skills understanding both business and IT needs in order to get correct requirements in place from legal, functional and IT perspective.

We believe that you have very good knowledge of the financial model and the business supported by the objects in the Area, good knowledge of IT development, maintenance and operations to understand the subject of contracts, you can easily understand SEB’s customers, business and product needs in connection to IT, you also have experience coordinating a broad diversity of both business and technology oriented people, experience managing client/vendor relationships and possess  strong networking skills.

We believe that you are self-going person having control of the details and follow up process. You will be a key person in negotiations together with specialists and Vendor managers to support you.

Acting in the international environment will require from you strong planning and estimating skills as well as good business and technical communication skills in English. Keep in mind that the job will require a number of business trips to Sweden.
